This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make the appropriate acquisition decision(s) and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance).

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22-L is seeking a source(s) to perform quarterly maintenance and inspection on exhaust Grill hoods, pizza oven, and inline stainless steel filters cleaning and validation for the Tibor Rubin Medical Center (formerly VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHCS)) located at 5901 E 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822. Contractor shall provide all manner, means, methods, equipment, expertise, incidentals, labor, materials, parts, supervision, supplies, tools, transportation, and qualified personnel. The contract MUST ALSO PROVIDE PROPER DOCUMENTATION REGARDING THE THIRTY (30) HOURS OF OSHA TRAINING to the HVAC/Utility shop supervisor. Please see attached draft statement of work (SOW) for pertinent information which details the Government s needs.

Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested service, to include past and/or current contracts for same services, and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities.
