Description

Contract for integration and Third Party Application Maintenance (TMA) services, project management support and expertise to carry out development and maintenance activities for the 3DExperience Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution within the scope of the DPNT.The contract will be divided into 3 lots:- Lot 1: Integration and TMA- Lot 2: Business Support- Lot 3: Software Expertise
Details of Lot 1:- Initialization phase- 3DX 2022 technical stage- Exploitation of POC 2022 deliverables- Definition with EDF (possible support of Lot 3) of the target architecture of the solution- Installation of the new infrastructure- Migration of data from the current solution to the new infrastructure- Organization / Methodology of the TMA- Operational implementation of the development methodology (V, W, Agile, Safe etc...) defined by EDF- Operational implementation of a System Team in charge of transverse technical aspects (ex: DA, environments, tools etc...).- This is an opportunity for the team to learn from each other and to share their knowledge and experience in the field of IT: contribution to the validation of editor's patch/research of solution, provide input data, follow-up etc...) - Data administration (interfacing with the business team in charge of data supply) - Data recovery - Supply (and test) of technical or functional means to feed the environments with business data (supplied by lot 2) - Industrialize the rules and actions concerning the consistency and quality of the data - Evolutionary and adaptive maintenance (V cycle, W, agile methods, etc... according to definition by EDF) - On request, contribution to the expression of need phase (ex: opinion, rereading, advice etc. ...)- Technical and functional design, based on needs provided by EDF (provided by lot 2)- Drafting of technical specifications (STG and STD) and functional specifications (SFG + SFD)- Drafting of acceptance specifications MOE and technical- Design with UX Design methodology when relevant- Technical and functional realization- Realization of software changes- Development of new features- Functional tests, Technical and integration tests- Optimal automation of technical non-regression tests- Correction of anomalies detected during the acceptance phase- Modeling and updating of the data model- Upgrading of the software package to future 3DX versions (according to EDF's choice) and components linked to the software package (Java, Strainers, browsers, etc.) - REX of version (thus costing vs. realized) - Management of configuration of all the components of the application - Integration in the IS - Coordination and identification of the planning constraints, analysis of the impacts etc... - Packaging / Delivery, (co-)drafting of the usual deliverables (PTI, PTE, DEX, PV of Integration, PV of receipt, DAT, RFC...)4 / 12- Deployment on the environments (at least PROJECT + RECIPE, or even PREPROD + PROD if Vertigo mode is activated)- Delivery for the post-Project phases- Support to the installations on the post-Project environments (IQR, PREPROD, PROD etc...Special services- Follow-up and maintenance of interface contracts- Responsible for the integration of MySurvey in the solution + deployment packaging on the Park- Responsible for the technical performance and optimization of the availability of the solution- Sharing of the REX of the other customers of the holder- Reversibility phase Details of Lot 2 :- Initialization phase - Framing of business needs - Macro-costing of business needs - Drafting of business acceptance specifications - Business acceptance of lot 1 productions (piloting, monitoring, organization of the acceptance process, preparation of data sets, Validation of functional specifications (SFG + SFD) - Provision of data to Lot 1 to feed the representative case environments - Change management (support, training, provision of various forms of support, etc.), including in the context of the development of the project.) including in the context of the 2022 version upgrade- Presentations on request of the solution and / or Roadmaps- PMO activity for the business- Support to Product Owners- Sharing of the REX of other customers of the holder- Involvement in the REX of the version carried by the lot 1 - Reversibility phase Details of Lot 3 :- 3DX software expertise- Integration support- Projection of future releases by the Editor, participation in the construction of the Roadmap for future releases- Level 4 support- Audits- Premium access to the Editor's support, including R&D- Sharing of feedback from other customers of the incumbent- Upstream studies for the construction of technical and functional trajectories
