Description

Supply, configuration and maintenance of an IT platform for the management of the "Welfare Plan". These activities include: - preliminary advice in the analysis of needs, - set up and training on the use of the platform, - ordinary and corrective maintenance of the platform, - provision, through the platform, of a wide and varied basket of goods and services so-called "flexible benefits", usable by employees and the implementation of all activities necessary for the implementation, in the interest of RAI and the group companies, of the corporate welfare plan, - the on-demand evolutionary maintenance service for the design and implementation of further evolutionary functions of the platform. The contract will have a duration of 36 months with an option to renew for a further 12 months.The total amount of the contract has been estimated at EUR 1 515 000,00 excluding VAT for the entire duration of the contract (including the 12 months of possible optional renewal), broken down as follows:- EUR 1 145 000,00, excluding VAT, for a duration of 36 months (including any 12 months of renewal of on-demand evolutionary maintenance services),- EUR 370 000,00, excluding VAT, if the option to renew for a further 12 months is exercised,- the amount of the security charges for interference risks is EUR 0,00,- the estimated amount of the contract, as indicated above, has been calculated, inter alia, by applying a 3 % fee on an estimated total theoretical volume of goods and services (c.d. "flexible benefits") available to employees for the entire duration of the contract (36 months + 12 months), pursuant to Article 106, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree 50/2016 - the above amount will be subject to possible variations depending on: i) the discount offered by the successful tenderer on the 3 % fee; ii) the change, due to circumstances arising from the evolution of collective bargaining and union agreements.Amounts auctioned will be: a) "fee" - rate of 3 %; b) single daily rates of the professional figures for the on-demand evolutionary maintenance service. Pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 11 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, Rai reserves the right to extend the duration of the contract/framework agreement for the time strictly necessary to conclude the procedures necessary to identify a new contractor.
