Description

We are looking for a support partner for our Opentext Content Server platform. The support partner is an expert of this environment and is able to answer Content Server questions and resolve incidents. The partner should also have a thorough knowledge of the infrastructure required for this software and be able to maintain the interface with SAP (together with the SAP team).The Elia Group has offices in Belgium and Germany. The infrastructure of the Opentext Content Server platform is installed in these two countries.The users of this software are located in Belgium and Germany. The languages spoken within the Elia Group are French, Dutch and German. The departments can decide which language will be spoken within the department. For IT, it is English. This means that all contacts with the various IT teams and external partners are in English. Communication with internal customers from other departments is in the user's language.
