Description

In cooperation with the contractor to be contracted, the Client wishes to achieve the following objectives in the desired situation:1. continuation of the services relating to the provision of the standard software and additional services;2. a smooth takeover/transition of all existing (and administration of) agreements from the latent service provider to the contractor;3. 3. a smooth takeover/transition of all existing (and administration of) agreements from the latent service provider to the service provider;4. a smooth takeover/transition of all existing (and administration of) agreements from the latent service provider to the service provider;3. a relieve of the burden of negotiating, purchasing, and concluding standard software contracts and all related activities, such as: administration of the standard software, maintenance/support contracts, cloud solutions and related advisory services;4. following the (rapid) developments in the standard software market, new business models, new technology, etc. and enabling the new services to be contracted;5. receiving proposals for a shift from non-prescription licences to cloud solutions where possible and desirable.
