Description

The Department is looking for a company that can supply 3 individuals who are qualified in a wide range of specific skills that are key to the continuous availability of the Departments systems, to work as key members of the team, providing technical leadership and skills transfer across a number of enterprise scale technologies.This is a full time engagement, with 3 individuals committed to work solely for the Department over the duration of the contract, and each individual will cover the role of the other 2 individuals when they are unavailable (holiday periods or other absences). The supplier will also provide out of hours support for the environments.Occasionally, the team will require an additional member during a project. The alternate candidate will be expected to be available for this work. The charges will be at the contract daily rate.The current contract for administration support of the N-Tier Hardware Red Hat Linux Operating Systems will expire at the end of July 2019. The Minister of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, hereinafter invites proposals from service providers for provision of a suitably qualified individual to work as part of a team, in providing administration support for the Hardware, and Red Hat LINUX environments.
