Description

The order includes the following services:- Creation, modification and deletion of websites in the CMS (currently TYPO3 v8.7) on the basis of texts and files provided by the client (Word documents, e-mails, image files, PDF files, etc.).),- press releases,- ongoing adaptation of navigation and sitemap,- maintenance of the media library and the calendar module according to specifications,- creation and modification of teaser and navigation elements,- input of files provided by the client, e.g. PDF, videos, photos, graphics and tables,- creation and modification of links according to specifications,- setting up of the work on the server of the regional information and technology company (IT.NRW),- creation and modification of templates,- acquisition of the rights of use for image material,- creation of e-papers and files for download (PDF),- other changes to programming; acquisition, adaptation and integration of new tools (extensions),- creation and maintenance of databases within the system,- creation of barrier-free documents in accordance with the requirements of the applicable BITV NRW,- other IT technical services for the operation of this website, e.g. B. graphic and programming developments, - maintenance and control of the dark site if necessary, - creation of concepts and drafts for the further development of the web presence, - installation, processing and administration of distributors, for dispatch e.g. The tender is basically aimed at the full maintenance of the Internet pages.The client reserves the right to have services carried out by the IT.NRW state agency (primarily concerns programming services in accordance with item 20 of Annex 1 of the tender documents) or to carry out such services himself on a small scale (e.g. simple text changes or link updates).All services are to be carried out with the client in the German language.Services on www.umwelt.nrw.de are to be provided barrier-free in the content management system (currently: TYPO3 v8.7) in accordance with the respectively applicable BITV NRW in accordance with the content management system (currently: TYPO3 v8.7).In some cases, the implementation of the services requires coordination with the IT.NRW state office responsible for hosting and IT support in the state government. The contractor is expected to provide a high degree of speed and time flexibility, not least because of the special public, current relevance of the ministry's work areas.Data protection and information securityThe bidder must submit a data protection concept which shows that it offers sufficient guarantees that suitable technical and organisational measures are implemented in such a way that the processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the DS Block Exemption Regulation and guarantees the protection of the rights of the data subject (cf. Art. 28 para. 1 DS Block Exemption Regulation). Article 32 of the DS Block Exemption Regulation is also expressly referred to. The more detailed procedure for the regular review, evaluation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the technical and organisational measures taken to ensure that processing complies with data protection requirements shall also be described by the tenderer. These representations must be suitable as annexes to § 9 paras. 2 and 3 of the data processing contract to be made the subject of the contract.
