Ten development banks have joined forces in the so-called banking cooperation. The cooperation relates, among other things, to the operation, maintenance and further development of jointly used systems. The cooperation is not a company that participates in legal transactions. The members of the cooperation act individually or jointly in accordance with the contractual documents contained in the contract documents. Of the ten members of the banking cooperation, seven institutions are currently implementing a uniform customer portal solution based on Crealogix technology. For this reason, the seven institutions named as clients are looking for an application management (APM) service provider (DL) to take over application management for the respective institution in accordance with ITIL for the respective productive systems of the customer portal based on SAP Solution Manager.
As part of their collaboration, the clients are introducing a uniform customer portal solution based on Crealogix technology. For this reason, an application management (APM) service provider (DL) is being sought as a contractor (AN) to take over application management for the respective institutes in accordance with ITIL for the respective productive systems of the customer portal on the basis of an SAP Solution Manager.
