The Deutsche Bundesbank is the independent central bank of the Federal Republic of Germany, founded in 1957. Since 1999 it has been part of the Eurosystem, in which it is responsible for the common currency, the euro, together with the other national central banks and the European Central Bank. In addition to its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, the Bundesbank has its head offices in nine cities. These are followed by 35 branches. Throughout Germany, the Bundesbank employs a total of around 11,000 staff. As a legal entity under public law with direct federal funding, the Bundesbank is subject to the general conditions of the civil service. In order to promote cross-divisional cooperation and networking among its employees, the Bundesbank intends to procure a (competence-based) matching solution.
The Bundesbank intends to procure a (competence-based) matching solution to promote cross-functional cooperation and networking among its employees. This includesa) the provision of an IT-based matching solution that networks the Bundesbank's employees from a professional and social perspective. Bundesbank employees should be able to voluntarily and independently create their own profile (anonymously if they wish) with their skills/potential, interests, experience and needs. At the same time, the departments that rely on expertise should be able to post their agile project plans or problems for which they need internal support on the platform.b) external consulting and conceptual design for the introduction of the solution into the existing environment of the Deutsche Bundesbank.
