The subject of the call for tenders is external support in the form of consulting and development services in the context of the communication standard "HL7 FHIR" for the development and implementation of the topics "confirmation procedure ISiK (level 3)", "confirmation procedure ISiP (level 2)", "national terminology server" and "reference validator" of gematik GmbH.
The consulting and development services required by gematik GmbH in the context of the communication standard "HL7 FHIR" in order to (further) develop and implement the topics "confirmation procedure ISiK (level 3)", "confirmation procedure ISiP (level 2)", "national terminology server" and "reference validator" against the background of the goals and tasks of gematik GmbH include, among other things:- Consulting in the development of proposals for HL7 FHIR resources as a test object for the confirmation procedures to be developed- Support of gematik in the initialization and operationalization of operational and strategic working groups with representatives from hospitals, industry, Support of gematik in the cooperation with BMG, DKG, KBV and industry as well as in the cooperation with BMG, representatives of nursing, KBV and industry, and in each case with standardization organizations (e.g.: HL7 Germany, HL7 Germany, HL7 Germany, HL7 Germany, HL7 Germany, HL7 Germany, HL7 Germany, HL7 Germany, HL7 Germany, HL7 Germany, HL7 Germany, HL7 Germany, HL7 Germany).E.g.: HL7 Germany, FHIR community) and associations (e.g..: bitkom, bvitg) for the establishment of a practicable procedure for the direct promotion of interoperability in the area of ISiK and ISiP- Collaboration in the creation of concepts and presentations for coordination and decision-making with BMG, DKG, KBV and industry for ISiK as well as with BMG, representatives of nursing, Training of gematik employees with regard to the specification in HL7 FHIR by directly involving the employees in the creation of the specifications and implementation guidelines as well as in the handling of Simplifier and by conducting training sessions. Consulting in the development of proposals for HL7 FHIR resources as a test object for the confirmation procedure to be developed, based on experience in the definition of standards at other organizations- Consulting in the elicitation of the requirements of a terminology server at the technological level (interfaces, UX design, etc.).)- Consulting in the development and selection of architectural implementation variants as well as support in the market exploration and comparison of the solutions with the requirements for the implementation of a terminology server- Consulting in the selection of the validation technology for the reference validator- Consulting in the development and selection of the architectural implementation variants and in the elaboration of the operating concept for the reference validator- Support in coordination with the InteropCouncilThe tasks to be performed require a very high level of content-related and practical knowledge of the IT landscape in hospitals and in the application of the HL7 FHIR standard relevant for hospitals, as well as a high level of content-related and practical knowledge of the IT landscape in nursing care.The detailed description of the required service contents result from the service description (Annex-02).
