The client intends to award services in the areas ofWeb Development, Web Programming, Website Maintenance and PR Assistance to support the public relations work of the attoworld team on the basis of a framework agreement.
Communicating the work of the attoworld team to the public requires that complicated issues be presented in an understandable and comprehensible manner for various media or channels. The public relations team maintains and updates several websites that deal thematically with the individual research fields. In addition, there are homepages for two research centers, the Centre for Advanced Laser Applications (CALA) and the Laboratory for Extreme Photonics. In addition, there is the homepage www.photonworld.de, which deals with the topic of "lasers and light" in a popular scientific way. In addition to the websites, the PR team regularly publishes press releases, newsletters, flyers and brochures on the respective research topics. The basis for a publication is usually a scientific publication in the renowned research magazines "Nature" and "Science". The PR team's remit also includes presences at trade fairs and the regular open days at the Garching research campus, as well as public lectures, such as in the "Science for Everyone" series at the Deutsches Museum. Social media activities on Facebook and Instagram round off the PR portfolio and are becoming increasingly important.The contract to be awarded is embedded in the public relations activities of the Attoworld team and includes services in the areas of web development, web programming, website maintenance and PR assistance:- In the area of web development, the contract includes the (further) development of frontend and backend for several websites. Web Maintenance comprises the administration and maintenance of existing websites and their further development.- Web Programming comprises the development of new websites.- PR Assistance comprises various fields of activity; the tasks include editorial and administrative support as well as the conception and realization of film contributions.With regard to the details of the order, reference is made to the service description (Annex 1).
