Description
The purpose of the consultation is to provide outsourcing services for computer operations and information systems for the MIGADO association, which include - the maintenance of the computer equipment including the administration of the clients and servers, the supervision of network and security equipment, in particular the management of storage bays and backup solutions, - the third party application maintenance which includes the activities of functional support, preventive and corrective maintenance, and the management of the evolutions of the web applications and software. The services are detailed in the contract's Special Conditions of Contract (Ccp)
