The Marine Corps Logistics Command Albany, GA is conducting a sources sought to obtain information to determine the availability and capability of qualified sources that are technically capable of  providing technical expertise in the development and implementation of business solutions based on emerging technologies, sustainment of existing defense business systems within the LOGCOM Information Technology (IT) environment in support of required Marine Corps processes and procedures in accordance with the attached Elements of Function Requirements (Attachment#1). The period of performance is a base year with two one year options.
 
The Government will consider all responses from capable interested 8(a) Set Aside offerors, received by the closing date. All offers must be supported by information to enable the Government to evaluate an offers capability. All documentation shall become the property of the Government.
 
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541512 and the small business size standard is $27.5 M.
 
Potential offerors having the skills, experience, professional qualifications, and capabilities necessary to perform the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via e-mail. The capability statements shall not exceed five (5) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; and 3) Familiarity and product knowledge. The Government will use responses in this Sources Sought Notice to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
 
THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE THE RESPONDENT FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PREPARING OR SUBMITTING A RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. THE GOVERNMENT RECOGNIZES THAT PROPRIETARY DATA MAY BE A PART OF YOUR SUBMITTAL. IF SO, CLEARLY MARK SUCH RESTRICTED OR PROPRIETARY DATA AND PRESENT IT AS AN ADDENDUM TO THE NON-RESTRICTED/NONPROPRIETARY INFORMATION.
 
THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT BE AWARDING A CONTRACTOR-TEAM ARRANGEMENT (CTA). THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO SPLIT THE AWARD. HOWEVER, TEAMING AND PARTNERING IS ALLOWED AS LONG AS THERE IS ONE CONTRACT.
