This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:

- One (1) Level 3 P.13. Independent Information Technology Project Review Team Leader; and
- One (1) Level 3 P.14. Independent Information Technology Project Reviewer

Description of Work: Public Services and Procurement Canada's Departmental Oversight Branch is responsible for the Industrial Security Sector (ISS). The ISS has undertaken a project, the Industrial Security System Transformation (ISST) Project, to revitalize the business systems currently supporting the ISS programs.

To ensure fairness and integrity, these two (2) Independent Projet Review resources were removed from RFP EP243-200016/A.

- Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
- The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
