France - Inverters

Description

This is a public contract awarded under a procedure involving negotiation, pursuant to Articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-3, R. 2124-4, and R. 2161-21 to R. 2161-23 of the Code. The duration of the framework agreement shall be four years from the date of its notification. The maintenance covers the inverters installed in the bus depots, interchange hubs, RTM headquarters and the various tramway power supply sites. The scope of services to be provided includes the inverters, the various models of which are specified below, as well as the batteries and bypass systems integrated in the inverters. The inverters concerned by this framework agreement are brands Legrand/S2s, Riello, Socomec, S2s Syrius, whose power can vary from 6 kVA to 80 kVA depending on the model. The different types of inverters will be detailed in the Unit Price Schedule (UPS), Annex 1 to the Contract Agreement, which will be attached at a later stage to candidates admitted to submit a tender. The services to be carried out include:1) telephone assistance;2/ preventive maintenance of the installations provided by the manufacturer, which includes:- preventive maintenance of the inverters,- replacement of capacitors,3/ curative maintenance of the installations, which includes:- troubleshooting of the installations on site,- repair of electronic boards in the factory.
