Description

The subject matter of the contract is provision of data transmission services in WAN Network and Internet access, including provision of data transmission services between the Customer's Locations based on IP VPN MPLS technology, using separate telecommunications infrastructure of the Economic Operator, as well as provision of Internet access services.The procedure also involved the delivery of new edge routers of the Ordering Party necessary to establish encrypted connections between Locations, edge router necessary to access the Internet, technical training necessary to familiarize oneself with the operation of CE Routers, provision of own resources service by the Contractor, as well as provision of manufacturer's support for new and existing edge routers (CE Routers).Equivalence Equivalent solutions shall be deemed to be products, materials and equipment meeting the minimum requirements specified in detail in Appendix No. 2 to the ToR, Table No. 2 entitled "List of technical parameters of offered CE Routers" and Table No. 3 entitled "List of technical parameters of offered Server for monitoring system".The on-site inspection may be conducted after prior arrangement - no later than two days before the planned visit - with the Employer's employee authorized in the given Location (contact number for the given Location can be found in point 3.6 of Appendix 1 to the ToR - ToR).4 A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (ToR) is given in:4.1 of Appendix 1 to the ToR - Detailed description of the subject of the contract (ToR).4.2 of Appendix 2 to the ToR - Model Offer Form.4.3 Attachment No. 3 to the ToR - Model Agreement.5The Agreement shall be concluded for a period of 48 months for the execution of the entire Subject of the Order, including: 5.In case of application of the option right concerning technical training - execution shall take place within 36 months from the date indicated in the Work Performance Schedule (in Annex 1 to the ToR - ToR), however, the notification or applications to use this right in whole or in part shall be sent to the Contractor no later than 6 months before the deadline for technical training.5.2 data transmission services in the WAN network and access to the Internet shall be provided for a period of 36 consecutive months starting from 23 June 2020, unless the agreement is signed in time preventing the commencement of the provision of services on 23 June 2020, taking into account the implementation dates indicated in the Work Schedule (in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR - ToR). In such a case, the commencement date shall be postponed accordingly, but not later than 6 months from the date of signing the Agreement. In the case of application of the option right to extend the provision of data transmission services in a WAN network and Internet access - the extension of the provision of services shall amount to a maximum of 6 months, while the application or applications for the use of this right in whole or in part shall be sent to the Contractor not later than 21 days before the expiry of the current term of provision of these services.
