This requirement is for a web-based Integrated Library System (ILS) product. An ILS, also known as Library Management System (LMS), is an enterprise resource planning system for library, used to track items owned, orders made, bills paid, cataloging of items, and patrons who have borrowed items. The required subscriptions will cover the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) D'Azzo Research Library, the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) library, and the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM) Franzello Aeromedical Library, all located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The product must have a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) status of "Ready", "In Process", or "Authorized", or an equivalent certification to such statuses from other Federal Agencies.
