Lot 1 has as object the assignment of the following insurance services: - All Risks Policy - Informatica InfoCamera- All Risks Policy - Informatica IConto- Accidental Damage Policy (Kasko)It is specified that the offers must absolutely cover the entire reference lots (including therefore the coverage required for each policy). Partial offers for individuals/policies/risks will not be considered and will be excluded from the competition. Lot 2 concerns the provision of the following insurance services: - InfoCamere Professional Accident Policy, - InfoCamere Extra-Professional Accident Policy, - IConto Professional Accident Policy, - IConto Extra-Professional Accident Policy, - IConto Total Managers' Death and IPM Policies, - Medical Expense Reimbursement Policy (Executive Phases Supplementary), It is specified that offers must absolutely cover the entire reference lots (including therefore the coverage required for each policy). With reference to each policy in Lot 2, it should be noted that withdrawal from even one policy will result in the simultaneous termination of all other policies of the Lot taken out with the same Policyholder.In order to obtain the social security and tax benefits referred to in Article 29, paragraph 4, letter f) of Presidential Decree no. 1124 of 30.6.1965, and Article 51, paragraph 2, letter a) of Presidential Decree no. 917 of 22.12.1986, for the Extra-Professional Accident Policies, Reimbursement of Medical Expenses (Supplementary Executives' Phases) of Lot 2 and Reimbursement of Medical Expenses of Lot 3, the company awarded the contract must use a special body or fund to which to pay contributions, for welfare purposes and authorized by law to receive the payments in question.The availability of the special body or fund referred to above, in favour of the successful bidder, constitutes an essential requirement for the purposes of the award, and if, during the assessment of the requirements, the lack of availability in question should emerge, the award will be revoked.
