Description

The contract concerns the subscription and management of insurance contracts covering the following risks:- lot 1: damage to property (CPV No 66515200-5);- lot 2: civil liability (CPV No 66516000-0);- lot 3: motor vehicle fleet (CPV No 66514110-0);- lot 4: statutory risks (CPV No 66512000-2).
Requested guarantees (these specifications correspond to the basic offer): fire/lightning/explosions, damage to electrical and electronic equipment, attacks/vandalism all damages, collapse (this guarantee is optional and may be subject to variations), collision of third party vehicles/fall of air navigation equipment, water damage - storms/hail/snow weight/natural disasters, theft - breakage of glass - breakage of machinery on sensitive goods. Basic Guarantees - civil liability for general services and ancillary services, civil liability as owner of buildings for the entire property, accidental damage to the environment, civil requirements/trainees and voluntary workers, requisitioned vehicles and/or boats and impoundment, civil liability for the principal/need of the service, fire-fighting and perils threatening public safety, inexcusable fault, including personal fault, and intentional fault, recourse by the State to compensate for damage suffered by its staff and in the event of acts of violence (order of 7.1.1959 - law of 7.1.1983 - decree of 21.10.1983), theft by employees, responsibilities relating to all the powers referred to in the decentralisation laws, responsibility with regard to mayors/deputy mayors/municipal councillors and special delegates. Basic guarantees (these specifications correspond to the basic offer, although the levels of guarantee or deductibles may be subject to variations) for the whole park:- civil liability without limitation of sum for personal injury and up to EUR 100 000 000 for material and immaterial damage;- defence and recourse up to EUR 15 000;- theft/fire with an excess of EUR 450 for light vehicles (under 3,5 t) and EUR 900 for heavy goods vehicles (over 3,5 t) and special vehicles;- assistance without excess mileage with replacement vehicle for light vehicles (under 3,5 t) and two-wheelers from 0 to 6 years inclusive:-- all accident damage with an excess of EUR 450.For heavy goods vehicles (over 3.5 t) and special vehicles from 0 to 8 years inclusive: -- damage from all accidents with an excess of EUR 900. Basic guarantees (these specifications correspond to the basic offer, but the guarantee levels or deductibles may vary):- death;- accidents and illnesses attributable to service with a deductible of 30 days per stop-- long-term illness or long illness without deductible;-- maternity without deductible;-- ordinary sick leave with a deductible of 30 days per stop.
