Description

Insurance market for the Community of Communes of Upper-Bigorre.
The purpose of the contract is to cover all the assets, movable property (including urban furniture) and immovable property (including rural buildings, engineering structures and civil engineering works). This list is not exhaustive. The entire fleet of vehicles must be insured under a single contract without the application of a reduction/increase coefficient (bonus/malus clause). The purpose of the contract is to guarantee the Community of Communes of Upper-Bigorre the financial consequences of any damage arising from unauthorised use of the computer system (intrusion or human error) with the intention of harming the insured. The purpose of the contract is to guarantee to the insured (the CCHB) the functional protection of agents and elected representatives, advice and assistance (excluding litigation).
