In accordance with the characteristics of the General Conditions from the Inserta Empleo Association tenders the procurement of professional services consisting of the Insurance Brokerage for the Management and Recruitment, in the best conditions, the Liability Insurance and Accident Insurance, for all students participating in the Employability Improvement Actions, and with any type of disability, developed within the framework of the Operational Programme for Social Inclusion and Social Economy (POISES), and the Operational Programme for Youth Employment (POEJ), except those carried out to obtain Certificates of Professionalism.The actions in each of these territories will depend on the needs that Inserta Empleo communicates in each case.
The purpose of the formalization of the insurance is to cover all students participating in the Employability Improvement Actions managed by Inserta Empleo under the Operational Programme for Social Inclusion and Social Economy (POISES), and the Youth Employment Operational Programme (POEJ), regardless of their disability, except those carried out to obtain Certificates of Professionalism.The provision of the service, for each specific Employability Improvement Action, is established by Inserta Empelo in the conditions of service provision, Inserta must communicate the number of participants to cover, and indicating the exact name of the action, scheduled start and end dates, and place of delivery and at the end of the same the final list, with updated data in the case of having occurred variations.in itinere displacements will be considered covered on all occasions, and so must be stated in the relevant policy.Due to applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data, the disability of the students will not be communicated except, if necessary, in the accident notification document in the event of an accident.In order to ensure coverage of all students, the successful bidder assumes that, from the term of the contract, and regardless of the existence or not of the communication by Inserta Empleo of the start of the Employability Improvement Actions, all students participating in them are considered automatically covered by the corresponding policies, and within the scope of coverage of the contracted services.The successful bidder undertakes to establish a system for monitoring activity and budget consumption with respect to the execution of the contract, through a monthly information report (or, where appropriate, with the frequency considered most appropriate at the start of the service provision).
