Description

Provision of insurance services for the benefit of the Commune of Dompierre-sur-Besbre.
Within the limits of the amounts of cover and deductibles provided, the insurer covers all losses, damages and costs resulting from the occurrence of an accidental event, not excluded at the CCTP. The Insurer covers the benefits described in the CCTP with regard to the civil liability of the community. The Insurer shall pay the benefits described in the CCTP in the event of disputes related to the activities of the community within its jurisdiction. The Insurer shall pay the benefits described in the CCTP with regard to vehicles. The purpose of this insurance is to guarantee the community the reimbursement of all or part of the benefits for which it is responsible under the texts governing the statutes of the local civil service. The Insurer shall pay the benefits described in the CCTP concerning the guarantees covering all internal or external computer-related malicious acts.
