Property and third party liability insurance on account of conducted business activity and possessed property of Aquanet S.A. in the years 2021-2023. Policies issued by the insurer for 3 periods, each. 1 from the date of signing the agreement, not earlier than from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021, 2 and 3 after 12 months.The required minimum insurance conditions.The Contractor may not apply any other general insurance conditions or terms and conditions than those binding on the date of publication of the contract notice.The Policyholder and the insured:Aquanet S.A, Dolna Wilda 126, 61-492 Poznań.Place of insurance:The insurance covers property owned or held by the Policyholder, located in all locations of the Policyholder in Poland.Scope I - insurance of property against all risks:Subject and sum insured:1. Buildings and structures 625 066 974.67 PLN. The total value includes the sum insured for buildings with historic value: 2,567,962.95 PLN.2. Machines, devices, equipment, apparatus, installations, networks, well connections: 375,750,902.11 PLN, including PLN 60,000.00. - street lights.3. Fountain on Lake Malta in Poznań - 518,801.09 PLN.4. Water swing - 558,515.15 PLN.5. Low-priced fixed assets: 12 278 921,20 PLN.6. Current assets: 1,500,000.00 PLN.7. Employee property: 500,000.00 PLN.8. Cash outside of refractory lockers and in refractory lockers, in transport: 500,000.00 PLN.9 Third party property: 500,000.00 PLN.00 The above mentioned insurance sums are estimated values and may be subject to change at the end / beginning of the insurance period.Scope II - third party liability insurance due to business activity.Type of business activity conducted in accordance with the National Court Register.Territorial scope: Land of the Republic of Poland.Subject and scope of insurance: Civil liability in tort against third parties in connection with owned and administered property and business activity, including but not limited to The insurance covers: third party liability in tort against third parties in connection with the property owned and administered and the business activity conducted, including but not limited to, collection, treatment and distribution of water, supply of water of appropriate quality, sewage disposal and treatment, waste management, provision of sanitary and related services, taking into account the civil liability of the manufacturer for damage caused to anyone in connection with the use, application or consumption of products, including water and electricity, with the extension of the clauses specified below.The scope of activities related to waste management by the Insured shall not include the possession, use, management or administration of a landfill or waste disposal site and conducting activities related to: sorting, incineration, utilization, waste recovery or any other processing of waste. This does not apply, however, to the location of COŚ Koziegłowy (in this location there is a sludge dryer and gas generators (gas incineration plant), where pellets and electricity are produced).Contractual liability.Warranty sum (s.g.):10,000,000.00 PLN for one and all events during the insurance period.Scope III - insurance of machines against damage.Object and Sums insured:1. Fountain on Lake Malta in Poznań: 518,801.09 PLN.The aforementioned sums insured are estimated values and may change at the end / beginning of the insurance period.Subject and Sums insured: 1. stationary and specialized equipment - 1,434,314.20 PLN.2. portable equipment - 735,956.50 PLN.3.Third party property - 100,000.00 PLN.00 Data and data carriers - 500,000.00 PLN.00 The above mentioned insurance sums are estimated values and may change at the end / beginning of the insurance period.Scope V - electrical damage insurance of machines Subject and Sums insured: Machines and equipment - 197,505,804.38 PLN.
