Description

The subject of the order is group life and health insurance for employees and family members of the employees of the Ciężkowice Community together with organizational units.2 .The order was divided into two parts, i.e.:PART I:Package I - Group life insurance for employees and family members of employees of the Ciężkowice Community with organizational units.PART II: Package II - Group health insurance for employees and family members of employees of the Ciężkowice Community with organizational units.3. If an employee or employee's family member resigns from insurance, the Ordering Party is not obliged to pay the insurance premium for them.
