Description

Scope of construction works to be performed: a) removal of all foreign and unnecessary elements on the façade and roof, arrangement of cable routing, b) repair and alignment of façade and foundation walls, c) reinforcement of sandwich panels through the use of anchors, d) insulation of foundation walls, e) replacement of lightning protection system, including flush-mounted installation on insulated façades and earthed building earthing system, f) replacement of roofing over entrances to staircases and adjustment of external staircase balustrades to current requirements, together with replacement of external lighting at staircases, g) renovation of balcony floors and replacement of balustrades and loggia curtain walls together with removal of asbestos, h) replacement of window and door joinery with new PVC joinery in the so-called "green roofing". a) replacement of external doors and rooflights, j) insulation from the outside using the light wet method (ETICS), k) installation of new external and internal window sills, l) insulation of the roof with chimneys, grille ventilation openings of the roof, m) local renovation of roofing and roofing over balconies, n) replacement of all flashings and expansion joints, o) laying a band along the elevation of the building made of gravel on geotextile together with the lawn edge, p) replacement of gas boxes for new ones on the elevation, including removal of the gas connection and painting of electrical boards, painting of external staircase balustrades and local repair and painting of the exchanger building ramp, painting of external joinery including cellar window grids, exchanger room and external doors in the exchanger room building and electrical switchgear building, r) accompanying and cleaning works, including scaffolding assembly, marking the address of the building and numbering of staircases, arrangement of the area and greenery around the building after the works, s) execution of an energy performance certificate for a multi-family residential building (2 exams). Detailed description of the subject of the contract includes design documentation and technical specification of execution and acceptance of works.
