2.2 The subject of the order are: STAPLERS - described in detail in Annex No. 3 to the tender.2.3.Within the scope of the subject of the contract and its price, the Contractor shall be obliged to:- Provide for the duration of the contract a deposit of products in accordance with Annex No.3- Provide for the duration of the contract surgical instrumentation (if required).- Train the staff in the scope corresponding to the order Note !!!The offered products must absolutely meet the parameters specified for each of them by the Ordering Party. 2.4 The Contractor shall, at his own expense, secure the deliveries and shall bear full responsibility therefor until they are received by the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall be responsible for the selection of the means of transport, as well as for the proper packaging of the goods, giving protection against weather, damage, etc.2.5. The offered products must be authorized for marketing and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the law.
Delivery of staplers described in Appendix No. 3 to the swz.
