Description

The subject matter of the base contract includes:1) delivery of a set of licences for unrestricted use of psychological diagnostic tools for didactic purposes, 2) delivery of a schedule and training programme together with all training materials referred to in Appendix 1a to the ToR and conducting a minimum 4-day programme of training in the use of licensed tools for a group of maximum 20 participants (1 training group indicated by the Awarding Entity) within the time limit agreed with the Awarding Entity and transfer of know-how, within the framework of the proposed (development) training programme on the use of all licensed tools and, where necessary, enabling certification of the tools concerned,3) technical support as described in § 13(1)(b) of the Regulation (EC) No. 1083/2006, - within the framework of the proposed training (development) programme on the use of all licensed tools and, where necessary, enabling certification of the tools concerned,4) technical support as described in § 13(1)(c) of the Regulation (EC) No. 1083/2006 4 contracts, for a period of 30 days after the training.The subject matter of the contract also includes the contract covered by the right of option and includes:1) delivery of a set of licenses for unlimited use of educational diagnostic tools for didactic purposes, 2) delivery of a schedule and training programme together with all training materials referred to in Annex 1a to the ToR and conducting a minimum 2-day training programme in the use of licensed tools for a group of maximum 20 participants (1 training group indicated by the Awarding Entity) within the time limit agreed with the Awarding Entity and transfer of know-how, as part of the proposed (development) training programme, to use all licensed tools and, where necessary, to enable certification of the tools concerned,3) technical support, as described in § 13(1)(b) of the Code of Practice, in accordance with the provisions of § 13(1)(b) of the Code of Practice. 4 contracts, for a period of 30 days after completion of the training course.4Detailed provisions concerning the basic subject matter of the contract as well as the contract covered by the option right are included in Annex No. 1 to the ToR - detailed description of the subject matter of the contract.5 The Contracting Authority, as part of the contract performance, provides for: 1) basic contract, referred to in point 2 and in Part III, point A "Basic contract: Teaching licence for the use of psychological diagnostic tools". - Annex No. 1a to the ToR,2) contract under the right of option referred to in point 3 and in Part III, point B "Optional contract: Licence for didactic use of educational diagnosis tools". - The Contracting Authority reserves the right to perform this part of the contract, if during the term of validity of the contract, the Contracting Authority makes an appropriate declaration of intent to the Contractor to exercise the right of option referred to above. In this case, the Contractor shall not claim from the Principal the execution of a part of the contract within the scope of the option right. The cancellation (option) provided for in this section will result in a corresponding change in the final price of the order. Exercising the right of option does not constitute an amendment to the contract.6. By executing the order for a given tool, the Ordering Party understands: 1) when the tool is fully electronic - providing the Ordering Party with electronic diagnosis accounts, in accordance with the description in Appendix 1a to the ToR,2) when the tool materials are non-electronic or contain non-electronic materials - delivery of sets of diagnostic materials together with diagnostic sheets shall take place, in accordance with the description in Appendix 1a to the ToR:- in PDF version: on CD for each tool separately, - in paper version: printed diagnostic sheets.
