France - Installation services of communications equipment

Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide rental, installation and dismantling, operation and maintenance in operational condition of event IT cabling, IT and reprographic equipment and fixed and mobile telephony for the IUCN 2020 World Conservation Congress organised from 7 to 15.1.2021 by the Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition in Marseille, on the Parc Chanot site. This service includes the provision of technical studies, equipment rental, delivery, handling, assembly and configuration, operation, dismantling, removal, transport, recovery and restoration to its initial state, as well as all related costs.
Lot 1 includes the following services:- the supply, installation, maintenance and removal of power strips (triplet type, meeting the standards in force in the event sector) in the areas assigned to this event;- the design of the event cabling to be connected to the local networks of the Parc Chanot serving the various halls and buildings used for the event;- the installation and testing of this event cabling to be connected to the local networks of the Parc Chanot, as well as the distribution network equipment;- the maintenance of the event cabling and the various network equipment, and the realization of any additional installations during the IUCN Congress;- the removal of the event cabling and network equipment after the closure of the IUCN Congress according to a schedule set by the project owner. Lot 2 includes the following services:- the design of the equipment configuration in coherence with the Parc Chanot network;- the definition of the deployment plan for the IT, editing and reprographic equipment to be connected to the event cabling;- the deployment of the IT, editing and reprographic equipment to be connected to the event cabling;- the maintenance of the computer, editing and reprographic equipment as well as the provision of last-minute services (provision of equipment, configuration, installation) during the IUCN Congress;- user assistance during the Congress;- the removal of the computer, editing and reprographic equipment after the closure of the IUCN Congress according to a schedule set by the project owner. Lot 3 includes the following services:- the parameterization and organization of the deployment and support function of fixed and mobile telephony;- the installation of fixed telephony equipment and the distribution of mobile telephones;- the maintenance of fixed telephony equipment and the management of the mobile telephony fleet;- assistance to users;- the removal of fixed telephony equipment and the recovery of mobile telephony equipment after the closure of the IUCN Congress according to a schedule set by the contracting authority.
