Germany - Installation of ventilation systems

Description

On Friedrich-List-Platz 2 in 01069 Dresden, the new building of the joint headquarters of DREWAG and ENSO with 2 high-rise cores is planned and connects to the City Genter from the south. The construction site borders on Lindenaustraße in the south. To the east is Fritz-Löffler-Str. with tram tracks and to the west a neighbouring plot with lower buildings. The new building is planned with 2 basement levels, the excavation pit is approx. 9 m deep. The cubic structure, staggered in height, encloses a rectangular courtyard with its lower 5 storeys and forms a 6-storey and a 13-storey tower on its north and south sides. A building with approx. 27,200 m2 gross floor area is being constructed, of which approx. 8,000 m2 is underground gross floor area in 2 basement levels, mainly used as an underground car park.
The following ventilation systems will be installed in the new ENSO/DREWAG building headquarters:- 4 smoke pressure systems for 2 safety staircases and 2 fire brigade liftsMain components:- 4 fans;- 2 fans;- 4 exhaust air units;- 78 smoke dampers, exhaust air units, sheet steel duct system, L90 cladding, overflow elements, angle of rotation sensors, switch and control system;- 1 smoke extraction and ventilation system for underground car park.Main components:- 2 smoke extraction fans 45,500 m3/h with pipe silencers;- 13 smoke jet fans;- 12 smoke extraction dampers;- 1 gas warning system;- 6 air conditioning units as supply and exhaust air systems.Main components:- 4 air handling units with heat recovery units max. 20,000 m3/h;- 2 air handling units with heat recovery units max. 20,000 m3/h. 14,500 m3/h;- 260 fire dampers;- 380 floor displacement diffusers;- 250 volume flow controllers;- 80 overflow elements;- 7,500 m2 duct and moulded parts;- 5,500 m spiral seam duct up to NW25O;- 6,500 pipe moulded parts up to NW250.thermal insulation for supply and exhaust air;- cold insulation for outside and exhaust air.
