Description

1) Sanitary installations for the refrigeration system1.1) Condensate pipesThe wall units for air-conditioning the offices are fitted with a condensate pump. The copper condensate pipes are led next to the cooling pipes on the office wall into the suspended ceiling in the adjacent corridor. New condensate pipes leading through fire walls or building ceilings are equipped with appropriately approved fire protection pipe bushings and marked.1.2) Water connections of the adiabatic recoolerThe adiabatic recooler on the roof receives a water connection of 0.97 m3/h and a waste water connection for the additional water. The drinking water and waste water pipes in the outdoor area are equipped with a pipe trace heating system. For the hygienic operation of the drinking water plant, a system separation plant with Free Outlet AB in front of the softening plant is provided. If operation of the adiabatic recooler is interrupted (e.g. in winter), the drinking water line from the system isolator must be taken out of operation manually, shut off and drained. The new adiabatic dry cooler will be installed on an existing roof outlet. This will be replaced by 2 new roof drains, which will be connected to the existing rainwater pipes. The new rainwater pipes will be made of a soundproofed plastic sewage system.2) Ventilation;2.1) Mechanical emergency ventilation of the central refrigeration unitIn accordance with DIN EN 378-3, the central refrigeration unit must have a mechanical emergency ventilation system that vents the air from the central refrigeration unit outside the building in the event of a release of refrigerant due to leaks in components. Air is discharged via the roof, with a nine air duct in the shaft and a fan in the central refrigeration unit. The supply air is supplied via the existing window openings of the smoke extraction in the refrigeration plant.3) Refrigeration;3.1) RefrigerationThe refrigeration plant is located in the 1st floor. The following cooling generators are planned:- A summer chiller with 450 kW cooling capacity for air-conditioning the offices and supplying the ventilation systems as well as for cooling the technical and LAN rooms in summer. The recooling takes place via an adiabatic cooler on the green roof, next to the central roof unit. The summer chiller is used at outside temperatures > 19oC,- A winter chiller with 115 kW cooling capacity for LAN rooms and technical rooms that require year-round cooling. The recooling takes place via the dry cooler in stock on the roof centre on the 7th floor. The winter chiller is used at outside temperatures between 5oC and 19oC,- A heat exchanger with 120 kW cooling capacity for free cooling,- SAA: The voice alarm system on the ground floor is cooled by a split system with 8.5 kW cooling capacity.3.2) Adiabatic cooler sound insulationA sound insulation hood is provided to reduce the sound pressure level of the adiabatic recooler. A sound reduction of 15 to 20 dB(A) can be achieved with the sound insulation hood.3.3) Measures to prevent the escape of glycolThe adiabatic cooler is equipped with an electrically heated glycol collecting pan with drain valve and drive. A glycol mixing plant for the production and replenishment of water-glycol mixture is provided.3.4) Refrigeration networksThe refrigeration network is routed to a main distributor and from there divided into 2 refrigeration circuits:- Refrigeration (consumer summer and winter refrigeration together in one refrigeration circuit),- Dynamic refrigeration,- All measuring, control and regulation systems for linking refrigeration generation and distribution are... All measuring, control and regulation systems for linking refrigeration generation and distribution are...
