Description
Public lighting works in delegated project management for municipalities (framework agreement with purchase orders). The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out public lighting works, civil engineering, supply and installation of streetlights and electrical connections, street furniture (bollards, barriers) under delegated project management by the municipalities of the Urban Community of Dunkirk.
The services will be the subject of a framework agreement split into purchase orders with no minimum or maximum amount in application of articles R. 2162-2 et seq., R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
