Description

The new town hall of the city of Göttingen was built in 3 phases from 1976 to 1982. The 5-storey office building (3rd BA) on the Landstraße terraced houses was occupied in 1982. The building components have 2-3 underground floors. The 3rd construction phase described here is completely free for the renovation measure. Beginning on the 4th floor, from top to bottom, the house will be rebuilt section by section to the shell level. This ensures that work on the individual trades can be carried out in parallel on different floors. The construction schedule can thus be more closely interlocked across the storeys, and the construction site is developed from Reinhäuser Landstrasse.Construction works are construction works of gas, water and drainage systems inside buildings:- 1 drinking water separation station,- 25 washbasins,- 5 sinks,- 23 WCs,- 11 urinals,- 2 showers,- 6 sinks,- 2 instantaneous water heaters 11 kW,- 2 instantaneous water heaters 24 kW,- 340 m cast iron pipe,- 140 m PP pipe,- 1 050 m stainless steel pipe,- 1 550 m MiWo insulation.
