Poland - Installation of road lighting equipment

Description

The order includes: a) replacement of existing luminaires and extension arms with modern LED luminaires meeting the PN-EN 13201 standard, on supporting structures of power lines and on separate lighting lines, in the quantity of 1 064 pieces. (Annex no. 7 - Technical Inventory and luminaire table), b) replacement of existing park luminaires with modern LED luminaires in the number of 6. (Appendix No. 7 - Technical Inventory - luminaire table),c) replacement and mounting of extension arms,d) existing control and measurement points of electric energy of road lighting in case of installation in nN switchgears should be dismantled. (e) the use and installation of an intelligent energy management and control system (hereinafter referred to as 'the System') which will enable the automatic change of lighting parameters to adapt them to the current requirements resulting from changing traffic situations. It is also a solution informing the lighting manager about lighting operation and failures,f) performing tests, measurements and photometric calculations for the whole scope of the contract,g) technical design,h) providing the Contracting Authority with an IT system for lighting control with the possibility of remote monitoring of the built infrastructure,i) granting the Contracting Authority a license unlimited in time and territory to use the system for remote monitoring of the built infrastructure,j) technical support and constant updating of the system software during the guarantee period,k) achievement of the environmental effect at the level of annual reduction of greenhouse gas emissions (CO2 equivalent) in the amount of 130.69 Mg/year in the full 5 calendar years following the completion of the contract, which shall be confirmed by reports prepared by the Contractor for each year of operation of the modernised street lighting, while the Contractor, within the framework of the contract, shall obtain, on its own and at its own expense, acceptance of the reports submitted to the Ordering Party by the Verifier. The verifier may be a person authorised as an energy auditor in the form of a certificate of completion of a qualification course or post-graduate studies, entered on the list of auditors of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development or belonging to the Association of Energy Auditors or being a certified energy auditor/expert in the field of energy. power industry entered in the PolSEFF register, l) other works and works necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract, including but not limited to: - development of a traffic organization project for the duration of the works, - marking, insurance and protection of the seized construction site for the duration of the works, - organization of the construction facilities, - organization of access roads and access roads to the property during the works, - preparation of complete as-built documentation with changes made during the works, in a paper and electronic version that can be edited (in ...ongoing removal of unusable materials from the construction site, - execution of repair works on the technical infrastructure whose technical condition has deteriorated as a result of the execution of works, including replacement works.
