Germany - Installation of parquet floors

Description

Part of the renovation measures are parquet renovations on the second floor. The existing parquets from the 19th to 20th centuries are being partially restored/refurbished here, partially replaced by new oak parquets. The skirting boards will also be restored, supplemented and reassembled. The aim of the measures is to significantly improve the visual appearance of the floors and to achieve creak-free floors. All rooms are then used as offices.overview of the main services to be provided:- demolition or gentle dismantling of existing oak parquet approx. 200 m2,- additions and repairs to blind floors approx. 120 m2,- dismantling, staining, supplementing, newly producing or reconstructing, painting, retouching oak skirting boards in various proportions approx. 600 running metres,- parquet restorations on historical oak and hardwood parquets from the construction period, approx. 120 m2,- parquets oak and hardwood surface treatment approx. 300 m2,- parquets oak as herringbone parquet or strip parquet new approx. 135 m2,- surface finishing with 2K hard wax oil, partly pigmented approx. 500 m2,- cleaning, dismantling and covering measures in connection with parquet work.
