The measure is divided into the following submeasures:Gymnasium- Accompanying work Facade renovation,- Fire protection renovation,- Realschule- Accompanying work Facade renovation,- Fire protection renovation,- New construction of fire water supply system by means of wet- separation station,- New construction of the main drinking water distribution pipes,- Replacement of all dirty and rain water pipes,- Complete renovation of the specialist rooms,- New construction of the entire heat distribution network.It is an existing school centre consisting of a secondary school, an assembly hall and a grammar school. These are multi-storey buildings that are used for school purposes. The area adjacent to the auditorium is grouped around an open courtyard. Technical rooms are available for the heating, sanitary and ventilation supply of the building. The existing technology centres remain in their location and function. Only in the Technikzentrale Lüftung Realschule 1.OG will the function change due to the dismantling of the AHU in the course of the refurbishment.
