Description

It is intended to set up a central location for DB Netz AG at Maybachstraße 26 in Magdeburg. All productive DB Netz organisational units, which are currently spread across various locations in the Magdeburg area, are to be concentrated at Maybachstraße 26. The building complex, an extensive farm yard, consists of 4 blocks of the same design with different uses. The existing blocks will not be extended, the existing external dimensions will remain unchanged. The construction measures relate on the one hand to an external and internal renovation of the substance of the existing buildings, and on the other hand to the construction of two covered open-air storage areas in the area of the outdoor facilities. Various indoor storage facilities, covered and open outdoor storage areas, workshop areas, training rooms as well as an administration and social wing will be established at the site. The present contract includes:- Heating, ventilation, sanitation (HLS) in 4 buildings (Blocks I to IV);- Sanitation: deconstruction of existing buildings; production of SW collecting and downpipes, drinking water pipes, sanitary equipment;- Heating: deconstruction of existing buildings, production of central heating system (condensing boiler 2 x 300 kW) & distribution network in 4 buildings;- Ventilation: ventilation system & distribution 9 000 m3/h.
