The construction project will be carried out on the site of the GM-Freiherr-von-Gersdorff barracks in Euskirchen. The Generalmajor-Freiherr-von-Gersdorff-Kaserne in Euskirchen has several buildings of different use on the property, which are currently supplied with heating and hot water via a central heat supply system. In the course of optimizing the use of the property, various renovations, building demolitions and new buildings are planned on the property until 2023. In the course of this, the media supply and heat supply systems will also be rebuilt and adapted to the changed requirements of the buildings. With this specification, the newly planned heating center is put out to tender, as well as the connection of the existing buildings to the new local heating network. The interface for the connection of the existing buildings was defined as the house connection room.This performance specification covers the construction of a new heat center essentially consisting of:1.
