"Delivery and installation of the kitchen technology for the serving kitchen - Number of catering participants: 150-200 - Size of the cafeteria: o Number of seats in the cafeteria: > 80 (80 seats in the present project planning) o Change of seats: 2 to 3o Supply period: Mon to Thurs from 12.00 to 14.00 - Catering system: Hot catering The possibility of regenerating (reheating) food is realized by a combi steamer. The media connections (supply and waste water as well as electricity) for a second combi steamer are pre-equipped - Delivery rhythm: The delivery takes place daily. Two refrigerators and two freezers are planned for storage.- Dispensing system: Cafeteria Line".
