The subject of these service specifications is all installation work of the fire alarm system for the construction of the institute building BF for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Management Sciences at the Vienna University of Technology on the Getreidemarkt site, Lehargasse 6, 1060 Vienna.
The subject of these specifications is the installation of all fire detection technology installations for the construction of an institute building for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration at the Vienna University of Technology on the Getreidemarkt site at Lehargasse 6, 1060 Vienna. A 23 m wide and 55 m long reinforced concrete building with a curtain wall aluminium/glass façade construction with a total of 8 storeys, with a maximum building height of 21 m + 5 m (staggered storey), will be constructed. The available building space between the adjacent existing buildings and the boundary in the direction of the neighbouring property at Gumpendorferstraße 3 and 5 will be fully utilised on the first floor. The 2nd basement jumps back again on both long sides compared to the 1st basement and is 23 m wide and 55 m long and is oriented towards the ground floor and the upper floors. An installation corridor running parallel to the longitudinal extension extends the 2nd basement in the direction of the Gumpendorferstrasse boundary.
