Description

Installation of the electrotechnical systems to be supplied
The project involves the construction of the new Integrated Regional Control Center South (IRLS Süd) with the associated outdoor facilities on the Teichkoppel 21 site in Bad Oldesloe. The project comprises a two-story main building with control center area and administration wing as well as staff, technical and other functional rooms, plus a one-story, unheated technical annex with integrated radio mast, and an access-secured outdoor area. The site area is 8,740m². The supporting structure is planned as a solid steel-concrete skeleton with an infill of lightweight concrete masonry. The staircases will be of StB construction. The roof construction will be realized as a lightweight structure in timber construction. The building project has a gross floor area of approx. 3,460m². The building will be supplied with drinking water by the municipal drinking water network and with hot water by means of central hot water generation (fresh water station). The heat supply is ensured by a gas condensing boiler as peak load generator and a brine/water heat pump as base load generator. Heat is distributed via a heated and cooled ceiling in the control center rooms and underfloor heating in the ancillary and administrative rooms. The control center and storage rooms are additionally cooled, with cooling being provided by mutually redundant compression chillers and one recooler each. The control center and storage rooms are also supplied by mutually redundant full air-conditioning systems. In addition, interior rooms and the changing rooms, as well as technical adjoining rooms, are supplied with air by a further ventilation system. The rescue control center is supplied with electricity via the medium-voltage network of the local energy supplier. The customer's own medium-voltage switchgear, transformer and emergency power system are located in a technical annex. Two low-voltage main distribution boards are supplied redundantly from the technical annex. The distribution of electrical energy in the building is mainly redundant. In addition to the emergency power system, the control center is also supplied by two UPS installed on site. The building is also equipped with security systems such as a central security lighting system, fire alarm system, intrusion alarm system and access control system. Brief description of the electrical engineering service: Installation of electrical, communications and communications engineering systems. Power distribution using the customer's own transformer and medium-voltage switchgear. Construction of a redundant distribution network on the low-voltage side. Construction of security systems such as fire alarm, burglar alarm and access control systems. Erection of a PV system on the roof.
