Description

Connection to existing property control centre: The new MSR system to be built must be connected to the existing property control centre (manufactured by Kieback & Peter). The connection is made via the BR network. BACnet IP is used as the bus system, and the interface is the creation of the EDE file and the transfer of the rule schemas. The processing at the real estate control centre is carried out on site and is not part of this invitation to tenderConstruction, installation and commissioning of a building control centre: An independent building control centre (BCS) will be set up to monitor, operate and optimise the systems on site.Scope of services approx. 12,000 physical data points.Construction of communication networks:Construction of an optical fibre data network to connect the automation stations with the BCS. Bus protocol: BACnet IP structure of a fieldbus system for connecting the automation stations of the ventilation with the room controllers. A distributor is installed for each riser shaft and floor as a bus node and for the power supply. A separate modular room controller is installed for each room.Information focus/Automation stations:11 information focus points (ISPs) are set up for the control and regulation of the central media technology systems.The ISPs are subdivided into feeds, power and control parts as well as MSR parts.The connection of the large devices and the meters is carried out via bus systems.The connection and regulation of the rooms is carried out per room via modular room controllers.Scope of services: approx. 10,000 physical data points.Actuators/sensors:Delivery and installation of the actuators and sensors for data acquisition and control. The installation of the cables to be installed on the water side is carried out by the respective system builder, cabling: cabling and connection to the MSR connected components. Cable laying is carried out in the control centres via self-erecting cable systems. Outside the control centres, the corresponding ELT routes can be used after prior application. The cabling between the room controllers and the field devices in the rooms is carried out on self-erecting carrier systems.BSK-BUS-System:The fire dampers are controlled and signaled via a BSK-BUS system. Gas warning systems: A gas warning system is installed to monitor the extinguishing agent control centre (O2-min), the refrigeration control centre (R134a) and the underground car park (CO): Gas warning centre with own UPS, gas sensors, horns, flashing lights and illuminated warning signs incl. wiring and commissioning.
