Description
The existing central heating system will be partially renovated as part of a string renovation in 162 residential units:- installation of thermostatic valves, where not yet available,- replacement of string shut-off valves by string differential pressure regulators,- retrofitting of thermal insulation in basement areas,- installation of bathroom radiators (towel rail radiators), partially combined with new installation of 6 string risers.In the context of a strand reorganization in 162 housing units the existing sanitary facilities are renewed: - complete new installation waste water, - complete new installation drinking water (only cold water), - new installation baths incl. complete exchange objects and lines, - exchange of electric flow heaters quantity or extent, - number of strands: 23 pieces.
