Description

1. classification code of the CPV common procurement vocabulary: 38500000-0 (control and research equipment).2 The subject of the contract is the delivery of a cradle shaker, hereinafter referred to as "equipment" for the Department of Biomedical Chemistry, Faculty of Chemistry, University of Gdańsk.3: Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science of the University of Gdańsk, Wita Stwosza 57, 80-308 Gdańsk, Poland, room 67.4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix 1a to the ToR.5. The contract covers: 1) delivery of the equipment, its installation, assembly and commissioning, 2) training in basic operation and maintenance of the equipment for a minimum of 2 Principal's employees. The Contracting Authority requires a manufacturer's guarantee for the equipment listed in Annex 1a to the ToR for a minimum period of 24 months, but the Contractor may offer a longer period. The period of the producer's guarantee shall constitute 1 of the criteria for evaluating tenders. Details concerning the guarantee are contained in § 7 of the draft agreement - Appendix No. 5 to the ToR.7 The Contracting Authority informs that the purchase will be financed by the National Centre for Research and Development, project title: System of new generation supply of bioactive molecules in chemically synthesized and genetically engineered nanobiomaterials, Agreement/Decision No: Techmatstrateg2/410747/11/NCBR/2019.
