1. classification code of the CPV common procurement vocabulary: 38500000-0 (control and research equipment).2 The subject of the contract is the delivery of a gels documentation system, hereinafter referred to as "the equipment", to the Institute of Oceanography of the University of Gdansk.3: Institute of Oceanography of the University of Gdańsk, Department of Marine Plankton Research, al. Piłsudskiego 46, 81-378 Gdynia, room 349A, POLAND.4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix 1a to the ToR.5. The contract covers: 1) delivery of the equipment, its installation and commissioning, 2) training in basic operation and maintenance of the equipment for four persons of the Principal. The contractor is obliged to carry out the training not later than within the period referred to in Chapter IV of ToR.6 The contracting authority requires a manufacturer's guarantee for the equipment listed in Annex 1a to the ToR for at least 12 months. Details concerning the guarantee are contained in § 7 of the draft agreement - Appendix 5 to the ToR. The period of the manufacturer's guarantee constitutes 1 of the tender evaluation criteria.7 The Contracting Authority informs that the purchase will be financed by the National Centre for Research and Development, project title: HIDEA - Hidden diversity of plankton in the European Arctic.
