Description

The subject of the order is Delivery of traps, pheromone dispensers and trap elements for the needs of organizational units of the State Forests in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The description of the subject matter of the order for each part has been included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Quantities of the assortment are specified in Appendix No. 3 (assortment-price form). The given quantities of the subject of the order are the maximum quantities of the subject of the order that can be ordered by the Ordering Party and are used for comparison and evaluation of bids. The terms and conditions for the execution of the order are included in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ - draft agreement.

Shelf life - a minimum of 12 months from the date of delivery (applies to dispensers from Part 1). The description of the subject of the order for each part is included in Appendix 2 to the SWZ. Quantities of the assortment are specified in Appendix 3 (assortment and price form). The quantities of the subject of the order given are the maximum quantities of the subject of the order that can be ordered by the Ordering Party and are used for comparison and evaluation of bids. The terms and conditions for the execution of the order are included in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ - draft agreement. Minimum warranty period for traps specified in Part 2 - 5 years.
