You should be able to supply and deliver at least 300,000 units of insect repellents over 3 years.

This includes all labour, materials, vehicles, transport and everything else needed to deliver the products.

The insect repellents must be delivered in quantities specified by the Agency on a periodic basis.

You must deliver the first batch within 4 weeks after the Purchase Order is issued.

They must have a shelf-life of at least 18 months at the time of delivery.

The repellents must contain at least one active ingredient from:

- N,N-Diethyl-meta-toluamide (DEET) content between 7% to 25%;
- Hydroyethyl Isobutyl Piperdine Carboxylate;
- Ethyl Butylacetylamino-propionate
