Description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment with the technical parameters specified in Annexes No. 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f, 4g, 4h, 4i, 4j and 4k to SWZ (hereinafter referred to as "equipment"), together with installation and training of the Employer's employees. 2) The abovementioned medical equipment must meet the limit parameters specified in Annexes No. 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f, 4g, 4h, 4i, 4j and 4k to SWZ (respectively). Non-fulfillment of even one of the limit parameters specified respectively in annexes no. 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f, 4g, 4h, 4i, 4j and 4k to SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.3. 2 will be delivered with equipment necessary for its proper operation.4. Other requirements included in the SWZ

Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters specified in Appendix 4a to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer. 4. The equipment mentioned in item 2 will be delivered with accessories necessary for its proper operation. 5. 5. the equipment referred to in item 2 will be delivered to a location indicated by the Purchaser in Gdańsk, ul. Smoluchowskiego 17, at the Contractor's expense.6. the Contractor will train the Purchaser's employees in the basics of operating the medical equipment at the time stated in the draft agreement.7. the Contractor shall guarantee that the medical equipment supplied is brand new, complete, of a high standard in terms of both quality and functionality, and free from defects in materials, design and legal defects, and approved for use in public healthcare facilities.8.The Contractor shall be obliged to provide, at the time of delivery of the medical equipment, copies of documents certified to be true copies of the originals stating that the offered assortment has been approved for marketing and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland.9. The offered medical equipment must be brand new and manufactured not earlier than in 2021.10. Should any terms indicating the type, standard, trademarks or origin of the subject of the contract be used in the documentation for the said procedure, they shall be read together with the words or equivalent. Proper names are examples, define the product class and serve to establish a standard - they do not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer. When offering products equivalent to those described in the specification, the contractor is obliged to maintain equivalence in terms of technical, functional, dimensional and quality parameters which must not be lower than those indicated by the Contracting Authority.
