This service consists in strengthening the HR project management team within the ISD. The team will bring its technical and functional skills to our management application: HR Access V7 and its interfaces. The proposed service providers will also have to master the SAML2 technology within the framework of an SSO. The purpose of this package is to provide assistance to the MOA on the SIHA: a management tool for AFPA purchases (purchasing IS). This application is based on the OALIA SRM 360 software package. The object of this lot is the assistance to the project manager on an SIRC application: conventionnement tool and customer invoicing of the AFPA (SI of the commercial relation). This application is an application developed 100% specifically for the AFPA in Java/J2EE. The purpose of this package is to enable the AFPA's IT department to benefit from engineering and assistance services for budget applications in the AFPA's steering domain on the following scope of application:- maintenance and evolutions of existing applications developed on TM1 (SIBUD, SIREPORTING, SIMURH);- migration of TM1 applications to Planning Analytics and Workspace from Cognos as and when required;- assistance to the AFPA project manager for TM1 and Planning Analytics/Workspace applications. This package concerns assistance to the project manager on the AFPA's SID application (decisional information system) for functional evolutions and application maintenance of the application. Within this framework, AFPA is looking for experienced profiles on SQL Server and Cognos BI tools to assist it on the detailed functional and technical design and implementation of the BI solution. The purpose of this package is to provide assistance to project managers for the operation of applications in the piloting domain. It involves:- operating all of AFPA's BI platforms;- monitoring the delivery of SID, TM1 and planning analytics applications;- ensuring technical acceptance;- assisting AFPA in the choice of Cognos BI architectures. The purpose of this batch is to provide assistance to the project manager for the SID application (decision-making information system) of the AFPA during the different phases of the project (functional and technical). The SID (Decision-making Information System) application available to all AFPA managers (national, regional and local) since 2013 is based on Cognos V10 technology. The purpose of this batch is to enable the ISD of the AFPA to benefit from engineering services and assistance on the SIMURH application of the AFPA's Piloting domain and to assist the head of the department on certain piloting tasks. This application is open to all AFPA Human Resources managers (national and regional) for the management of human resources. The purpose of this package is to enable the AFPA's IT department to benefit from Business Analysis services within its Sirius Domain application perimeter. This application perimeter integrates the following projects: GESPERS, GESPLAN, GESPROD, GESSCAN, GESCOVE and CERISE-API. They are, in majority, web applications, installed on at least two environments: recipe and production (and training for some applications). The purpose of this package is to enable the AFPA's IT department to benefit from engineering and assistance services on the following scope of applications:- assistance to the AFPA project manager for the Magellan application;- support for other applications in the Sirius domain. The Magellan application is based on the following technical environment: - a CentOS operating system;- an Apache web server;- an HHVM (PHP web application) application server;- a MySQL and Redis database server;- language: Java;- authentication service: LemonLDAP/SAML2. The purpose of this batch is to provide assistance to the project manager for the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application for the specification and application acceptance phases. The CRM application is based on the Aurea CRM software package. The object of this batch concerns the development service for the "AFPA Village" application. It is a tool based on WordPress. It is used for the animation and deployment of the strategic orientation "Village de l'AFPA". This program consists in opening the AFPA centres to third parties in order to create platforms and services of new solutions of inclusion for employment. The "Village de l'AFPA" application is developed on a WordPress platform in PHP and Javascript. The purpose of this lot is to provide UX Design and screen layout for the "AFPA Village" application. It is a tool based on WordPress. It is used for the animation and deployment of the "AFPA Village" strategic orientation. This program consists in opening the AFPA centres to third parties in order to create platforms and services of new solutions of inclusion for employment. The "Village de l'AFPA" application is developed on a WordPress platform, in PHP and Javascript. The ISD of the AFPA has set up a specific application allowing the creation, planning and monitoring of services delivered to certain categories of beneficiaries. AFPA managers use this tool to manage, for different types of services and different types of beneficiaries, notions of itineraries, calendars, schedules, scheduling, production of certificates, appointment management, all in a completely dematerialized way (processes and documents) and with probative value for certain parties, via tools using, electronic signature, QR codes and probably in the long run an electronic safe. The assistance sought is intended to ensure: - production monitoring;- the drafting of detailed functional and technical specifications;- support for the development work of the TMA team (outsourced service);- technical and functional recipes;- planning and coordination of acceptance and production launches. The two applications within the scope of the mission are Talend ETL (Eden-A) and Talend ESB (Eden-S). The two applications in the scope of the mission are Talend ETL (Eden-A) and Talend ESB (Eden-S): The Eden-A application ensures asynchronous exchanges between AFPA applications and between AFPA and external applications. The Eden-A application is based on the Talend ETL (Data Integration) software solution. ETL (Extract Transform and Load) is a tool for processing and exchanging data between suppliers and customers with heterogeneous databases. The Eden-A application also retrieves, manages and distributes a number of internal and external repositories. The Eden-S application ensures real-time exchanges between AFPA applications. The Eden-S application is based on the Talend ESB (Data Services) software package solution. Service calls are tracked on a "Talend Data Services Platform". The assistance required will include: - writing expressions of need;- writing detailed functional and technical specifications;- supporting the development work of the TMA team (outsourced service);- technical and functional recipes;- planning and coordination of acceptance and production. The two applications within the scope of the mission are Talend ETL (Eden-A) and Talend ESB (Eden-S). The AFPA's IT department requires specialized assistance in application performance management, capable of providing services that allow AFPA to improve the performance of its applications by taking into account all the elements that make an application efficient for the user (hardware, infrastructure, architecture, database, code, etc.). The scope of applications taken into account in the performance improvement service covers almost all of the AFPA's information system. The AFPA would like to have assistance in project management and operational monitoring for all activities related to the operational maintenance and development of the information system security system on the "data center" perimeter. By virtue of its EPIC (Public Industrial and Commercial Establishment) status, the AFPA must guarantee a level of security for its information system. In order to do so, the AFPA has undertaken a three-year programme to secure its information system. With a third of its program (end 2019), AFPA wishes to devote more time and resources to the implementation of this plan. The plan to be implemented takes into consideration all security themes (PSSI-E/ISOXXX). The AFPA's ambition is to achieve the state of security according to the PSSI-E (Information System Security Policy) of the MCAS (Ministry in charge of social affairs) with regard to its security issues. The security issues are those related to the AFPA's historical information system as well as the new issues related to the RGPD. The AFPA would like to provide assistance to project managers in the management of LAN and WAN infrastructures.
