Purchase of a specific solution in SaaS mode for mobile push notification for the "EDF et MOI" application on the MCP perimeter of the CST pole of the EDF SA's commercial department.The objectives of the future market are to:- provide a service allowing Push notifications to be sent on the "EDF & MOI" mobile application, available on iOS and Android;- provide the company with responsive support and expertise in the field for:-- integrating the solution into the "EDF & MOI" application;-- providing support for the creation and optimisation of customer notification campaigns;-- providing support for carrying out the reports associated with the campaigns;-- innovation (technology watch, provision of new functionalities, etc.).
The incumbent will have to provide the following services:- a service allowing the sending of Push notifications on the EDF & MOI mobile application available on iOS and Android;- a resilient, high-performance, secure and 24/7 service;- a service offering multiple functionalities such as: enriched notification formats (text formatting, images, sounds, videos, etc.), a notification configuration interface (with message preview), monitoring of push notification campaigns using indicators proposed by default and customised;- providing a service that is interoperable with the commercial IS, for different types of use: providing a documented service, with an intuitive interface and/or providing user training sessions (for the marketing department in particular);- providing reactive support, available, based on simple solutions and processes;- sharing with the Commerce IT department the evolution path of this service, and accompanying it in the implementation of these evolutions.
