EDF's Retail Customer Market Marketing Department (DMCP) (24,000,000 customers in France) created the EDF Pulse & You website (www.edfpulseandyou.fr) on 30.3.2016. This co-innovation site for individual users (customers and prospects) has been a great success for almost 2.5 years: it has more than 6,000 pulsers (the participating individual subscribers), has carried out more than 40 campaigns, represents nearly 100,000 contributions and more than 100,000 likes. The theme of the platform is to co-innovate around the theme "housing well-being and energy transition".
